APAC Renew Sales

工作职责 Job Responsibilities:
Contact Barracuda customers and partner to renew Barracuda Energized Update and Instant Replacement before expiry in APAC region;
Ensure the renewal system and Sales Force system are regularly updated for the easy tracking of results;
Provide accurate forecast on renewal revenue to the management;
Proactively win back lost & delayed subscriptions and sell consolidated renewals to bring revenues forward ;
Sell the value of Barracuda Support and Service to the customer and keep in contact with the end users;
Work closely with the Inside Sales team and the technical teams to create a united front to the customer and to identify other revenue opportunities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
2-3 years successful track record in a similar role, preferably within a technology company Fluent English and Mandarin, third language is a plus;
Excellent telephone manner and written skills both in English and Chinese;
Team player and excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with customer, distributor, and other department in the company;
High activity level, enthusiastic, self-motivated, persistent, must be a self-starter;
Computer literate with experience of recording information in a CRM system;
Ambitious and stable who aspires to grow within Barracuda Customer focused and prepared to go the extra mile;
Able to articulate the value of Service and effectively manage objections.
Able to work autonomously and proactively;
Passion for the business and committed Proven influencer and negotiator Customer focused.
Team player. Good communication skills and ability to work with different personalities;
Self-starter and self-motivator, ability to multi-task Willingness and ability to accommodate different time zones;
Creative and good problem solver Willingness to work from time to time over extended hours in order to achieve goals.
